Mr. Rajbahadur Singh is a distinguished business leader and entrepreneur with a Degree in Computer Engineering from the United States of America. Throughout his career, he has successfully led and managed several prominent enterprises within Nepal’s industrial and manufacturing sectors.
As Chairman of Nebico Ltd., Kathmandu Maida Mills, Nexim Pvt. Ltd., Nebico Bahirahawa Pvt. Ltd., and Growing Pvt. Ltd., Mr. Singh has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership, strategic foresight, and a steadfast commitment to organizational growth and innovation.
In addition to his contributions to the manufacturing industry, Mr. Singh has played a pivotal role in the telecommunications sector, serving as a Member of the Board of Directors at Ncell, then Mero Mobile where he provided valuable guidance in advancing the company’s strategic initiatives.
With a strong academic foundation in engineering and extensive executive experience, Mr. Singh continues to make a significant impact on Nepal’s economic development through his visionary leadership, integrity, and dedication to excellence.

Mr. Sunil Shrestha

Managing Director

With a career spanning over 15 years, Mr. Sunil Shrestha has been at the forefront of finance, investment, and leadership, helping shape the future of Nepal’s corporate sector. He has held key positions at Sumeru Securities Pvt. Ltd., first as General Manager and later as Chief Executive Officer, where he successfully drove market expansion, strengthened regulatory compliance, and led organizational transformation.
Currently, he serves as Director at Nebico Limited and Salt Trading Corporation Limited, contributing to strategic planning, financial management, and governance. Respected for his integrity, vision, and dedication to ethical business practices, Mr. Shrestha continues to play a vital role in strengthening Nepal’s corporate and financial landscape

Mr. Ashok Pokhrel

Director

Mr. Ashok Pokhrel brings over a decade of extensive experience in Nepal’s financial and capital markets. He currently serves as Director of Capital Gain Investment Company Pvt. Ltd. Director of ANT Investment Pvt Ltd and TPFL.

With a strong background in investment banking, capital markets, and insurance, Mr. Pokhrel has held key leadership positions across diverse sectors, providing expert counsel in investment consulting and portfolio management. His in-depth knowledge of regulatory frameworks, corporate finance, and risk management enables him to navigate complex financial environments with strategic insight and precision.

Mr. Prabhanand Baidhya

Director

Mr. Prabhananda Baidhya is an accomplished board member with a Bachelor degree in Marketing and over 15 years of experience serving on the Board of Directors of Nebico Group of Companies. With a strong foundation in marketing as a former Head of Department at Nebico, he brings extensive expertise in corporate governance, strategic leadership, and organizational development. He has consistently contributed to aligning businesses with their vision, mission, and goals, while fostering efficiency, equity growth, and sustainable progress.

Mr. Prabin Maharjan

Mr. Prabin Maharjan is an accomplished finance and investment professional with over 15 years of experience in Nepal’s corporate sector and financial markets. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated strong leadership in financial management, strategic planning, investment strategy, and organizational development.

Mr. Maharjan currently serves as a as a Director at Nebico Limited, where he contributes to corporate governance, strategic decision-making, and financial oversight. 

He also functions as a Director at CHDC Holdings, STC Investment Ltd., and Fewa Mike’s Inn. In these roles, he has played a significant part in expanding market presence, strengthening regulatory compliance, mobilizing capital, and leading important organizational transformation initiatives.
